A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party company that operates that tool. Tioga County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query.

An email or contact submission is retained as needed to read and answer it. The message is not shared outside the organization unless doing so is required by law or necessary to respond through a service used to handle communications.
